Our services
We provide chauffeur-driven transportation and tour arrangements across North India, including local rides, outstation trips, airport and railway transfers, and curated tour packages.
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and lead generation. This website does not process payments.
Enquiries, quotations and bookings
Quotations are indicative estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices depend on route, vehicle, dates, season and inclusions.
A booking is confirmed only once it has been acknowledged by our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any enquiry or booking at our discretion.
Fares, tolls and additional charges
Unless stated otherwise in your quote, tolls, state taxes, parking, permits, driver allowance and night charges are itemised or clarified in your booking confirmation.
Additional running, waiting or route changes requested during the trip may be charged as applicable.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, together with the terms confirmed at the time of booking.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate booking details and be ready at the agreed pickup time and place.
Travel with valid identification where required, and comply with applicable laws and our chauffeur's reasonable safety instructions.
Smoking, alcohol, illegal substances and dangerous or prohibited items are not permitted in our vehicles. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger may be chargeable.
The stated passenger and luggage capacity of each vehicle must be respected for safety.
Our responsibilities and limitations
We will make reasonable efforts to provide safe, clean and punctual service with experienced chauffeurs.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, road or border closures, breakdowns, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Please take care of your personal belongings; we are not responsible for items lost or left behind in a vehicle.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the value of the service booked.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, images and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
